The Synthace team has spent decades building software and expertise for running the most effective experiments in assay development. With software to help assay development teams design multidimensional experiments, automate them without code, and draw meaningful conclusions in one place—plus our team on hand to share insights from our decades of hard-earned experience along the way—we empower scientists to inspire big picture thinking. The kind that enables experiments previously thought impossible, months off discovery, and conclusive results you can trust.
We’re a small, mighty team of exceptional people who hail from all over. We value the knowledge, different perspectives, and insights that come from having a truly diverse group of colleagues. We’re united in our passion for empowering every discovery scientist to run the most powerful experiments.
AstraZeneca, GSK, and the University of Oxford are among the long list of pioneering life science organisations that partner with Synthace to do radically better discovery biology. And following our latest raise, we are looking for new recruits.
Our clients vary in their experience with laboratory software and automation. Our Professional Services team serves as a trusted technical partner on their journey. We would love for you to be both their teacher and pillar of support.
You will have an in-depth, technical understanding of the Synthace platform and impart this knowledge to our clients, ultimately maximizing the value of Synthace and driving adoption of our software, the Design of Experiments (DOE) methodology, and automation.
As a Field Application Scientist II, you will be our clients' go-to expert in automation and DOE, helping them maximize the benefits of Synthace. Think of yourself as a teacher and support system for them.
You will:
