How can you help us?

Our clients vary in their experience with laboratory software and automation. Our Professional Services team serves as a trusted technical partner on their journey. We would love for you to be both their teacher and pillar of support.

You will have an in-depth, technical understanding of the Synthace platform and impart this knowledge to our clients, ultimately maximizing the value of Synthace and driving adoption of our software, the Design of Experiments (DOE) methodology, and automation.

What will you be doing?

As a Field Application Scientist II, you will be our clients' go-to expert in automation and DOE, helping them maximize the benefits of Synthace. Think of yourself as a teacher and support system for them.

You will:

Partner with clients to configure their software and liaise with IT teams to embed Synthace into their digital ecosystem and scientific labs.
Engage clients in improving their adoption of automation, particularly with dispensers (such as SPT Dragonfly, Beckman Coulter Echo, Formulatrix Mantis, Gyger Certus Flex).
Meet with client scientists to discuss experimental details, understand their pain points, and identify underlying problems and needs.
